This module includes a cage for an SFP connector and an optical connection for up to 2.5 Gbps according to the 2500BASE-X standard. The module uses the SGMII interface, the SGMII signal is terminated on the Moxtet bus. This module can be combined with the PCI module. If the simplified Foris configuration interface is used, the SFP connector is configured as WAN by default and the ethernet connector or wireless is designated for LAN clients and routing between these ports. Using SSH or LuCI, more experienced users can configure devices for different functions.
